2. Description of Service

OneTap is a smart meeting device developed by TIFOH Electronics Pvt. Ltd., designed to help users access and join scheduled meetings by integrating with video conferencing platforms. It uses Google APIs (such as Calendar) to provide calendar-based functionality.

3. Use of Google APIs

OneTap uses Google OAuth for calendar access. Your data is:

Used solely for the purpose of displaying your meetings
Not stored or transmitted to any external server
Managed according to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring the security of your Google account credentials
Logging out of OneTap if the device is shared
Revoking access if the device is lost or misused

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with OneTap, including software, logos, and documentation, belongs to TIFOH Electronics Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

OneTap is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TIFOH will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use OneTap, including API outages or connectivity issues.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to OneTap if these terms are violated or if required to comply with legal obligations.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of OneTap after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
